[Ur] Getting file data out of blob/out of file

Hi all,

So, I can see functions to get, create, and return blobs, but not anything
to unpack or operate on them. Is there any way to do this in Ur/Web at the
moment?

Alternatively, is there any way to get the data out of a file value
directly in a way that I could then eg parse it?
