[Ur] Cannot find file urweb-mode for emacs

Thank you for the explanation. 

Yes, i tried with the same path as you mentioned (/usr/local/share/emacs/site-lisp/urweb). 

I added following 2 lines to my .emacs file
(add-to-list 'load-path "/usr/local/share/emacs/site-lisp/urweb-mode")
(load "urweb-mode-startup")

Then on the startup emacs prompted with the error cannot find file urweb-mode. There is no file urweb or urweb-mode in /usr/local/share/emacs/site-lisp/.

Anyone else facing the same issue?
